 Project management of a 125-bed homeless shelter from acquisition through construction completion            Green building project utilizing hydronic heating, solar panels, ceiling fans, and many other Green Building methods                                                                                                                                                                              Designed building with Client and Architect, provided feedback on likely design problems                          Selected General Contractor and worked with General Contractor, Architect and Client to enhance design and reduce cost
